The following are the hours of operation over the holidays.
December 24th – 7:30am and 9:30am Class. Gym will close at 10:30.
December 25th- Closed.
December 26th- 9:30 and 6:00pm
December 27th- 9:00am Partner WOD
December 31st- 9:30am Class only. Gym will close at 10:30.
January 1st – Closed.
January 2nd- 7:30, 9:30 and 6:00pm.

Attention traveling SandyDog members: We have added a tab to the website for people to review other crossfit boxes they visit when out of town and still want to get a workout in. Please add your reviews whenever you go to an out of town gym for the benefit of other SandyDog members.
