The gym will only be open for one workout on Monday at 10am. We will be closed for the remainder of the day in honor of Memorial Day. The schedule will return to normal on Tuesday.
Are you looking to gain both size and strength but you are not interested in regular crossfit classes? Come try the Barbell Club every Monday and Wednesday night at 7pm.
